ManchesterPlatz Memorabilia Showcase

In 2018 our friends The Reds Docs of Munich (a small group of Bayern Munich supporting doctors who work at a local hospital in Munich and who, in their spare time voluntarily keep the memorial site in ManchesterPlatz clean and tidy) launched an online petition to the city of Munich, supported by Bayern Munich FC and The Mayor of Munich, to get permission from the City of Munich to build a glass display on the site to host memorabilia left by visiting fans.

In February 2019…great news! The Red Docs have been successful with their petition for a glass showcase at Manchesterplatz.

August 1st 2020… The Showcase is a reality! Thanks to all those who supported the cause in any way.
