The Fan's Representative

The Fan’s Representative is an MMMF initiative that was launched in 2018. Each year the MMMF will fund an all-expenses paid visit to the site of the memorial for 2 people. This visit will take place in February and will coincide with the annual remembrance ceremony.

The person selected to be the Fan’s Representative should:

• Never have been to the Trudering memorial at Manchesterplatz
• Take a young person with them (preferably their child or grandchild) to help ensure the legacy is passed down through generations
• Be willing to stand in front of the crowd and read out all the 23 deceased names and lay the wreath supplied by the organisers.

Each year there will be a nomination process and the “winner” will be selected at random from those nominated. Details for how to be nominated will appear here when available
