Fans Representative at the 2019 Remembrance Pilgrimage to Munich Announced

The 1st person, nominated to represent the fans at the next Remembrance Pilgrimage in February 2019 in Trudering Munich, was randomly drawn out by Carlo Sartori at the SEWW reunion on 12th May at the Old Nags Head in Manchester.

Derek Gardner (been to every United cup final since 1948 but never made it to Munich) and his grandson George, of New Moston, will represent MUFC fans by laying a wreath at the memorial site in Manchesterplatz and paying respects to the 23 victims.
